Freeman both short- and long-term. He and the Bucs hit rock bottom last year but he was still the QB16. I am guessing top-10 by 2013. I wouldn't want either starting in a 1QB league but both have solid value in 2QB.

Bumping this up. Both Freeman and Locker looked pretty bad tonight. Yikes.
