Definitely Spiller. Stewart is in a crowded backfield, and Tolbert could likely see goal line carries now. Spiller is younger, faster, and the only guy in front of him on the depth chart is 68 years old. FJAX is not going to last long, and Spiller is THE MAN.

jstew is gone next yr, this is dynasty after all, wouldnt base it all on his situation for one yr. and spiller isnt the man and that 68 yr old man will recieve majority of the carries, and all the goaline carries. not sipping the spiller koolaid at all, but pass me another pitcher of the jstew koolaid

Haha. Love seeing someone admit they're on the koolaid. I have a cup of the Stewart brand before bed each night.

As for the debate, Stewart in both PPR and non but especially so in non.

I love JStew Kool Aid, it's my favorite flavor.

I'm just hoping the Kool Aid man bursts through the wall and puts some sugar in the brew one of these seasons!

Knowing the Panthers you will probably get a pile of sardines in 2013 (franchise tag) before finally getting a pinch of sugar in 2014 (re-sign with the Panthers, Williams says bye-bye).

Spiller, and it's not even close for me. He is the future feature back and stud that Stewart never will be.

I am also a Spiller supporter and I agree with this message. Spiller will split carries with FJax this year, but in 2013 I see him being a top 10, possibly a top 5 RB(PPR).

The OP is asking non-PPR. Do you guys feel this strongly in non-PPR?

Stewart played 123 more snaps than Spiller in 2011 and led CAR RBs. I guarantee he is their RB1 again in 2012. After that Stewart has a million options to increase his workload.

I'm just not sure how we can write off Stewart in non-PPR and see opportunity for Spiller. Same age. similar situation with high paid veterans in the same backfield. The biggest differences to me are size and track record. Stewart might be the better passing down back with about 38 extra lbs. We also know he can post a 1,000 yard, double digit TD season when given the chance. Non-PPR is all about yards and TDs. I love Spiller's reception upside but can he get over 1,000 and find the end zone? Possibly. I just don't see the clear difference you guys see in CJ's favor beyond mere speculation.
