I think Diggs and Ridley help your build more. TE's are tough to come by but you need the WR help

I'm thinking the Diggs side.

Two servicable WR's you can play VS a lone shot of a TE that has nowhere to go but regress. There are way too many things that would have to align for a repeat from Kittle, and his price will never be what it is today...
10 Team - 12 player keeper - Half point PPR - Lineup: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, K, DEF and (1) FLEX RB/WR/TE
22 man roster (24 w/IR); 6pt all TD's; 4pt bonus for the following @ 300yds pass, 100yds rush, 100yds rec, 60yds receiving TE's.

My roster: bold indicates my intended keepers so far
Wentz, Rivers, Luck
Chubb, Gurley, Mixon, D.Montgomery, Mostert, M.Sanders
Kennan Allen, Corey Davis, M.Evans, M.Hardman, Diontae Johnson, C.Kirk, Hunter Renfrow, Preston Williams
Evan Engram, Njoku, Higbee
Succop
Browns D

I'd rather have the Kittle side, personally. But I can see going WRs on need.

12-team SF, PPR, TE premium, 0.25 PPCarry
1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1SF 4Flex
QB: Mahomes, Fields, Love
RB: Bijan, ETN, Pollard, Achane, Herbert
WR: Kupp, Hill, Metcalf, Ridley, Jeudy, D.J. M, Burks, Hollywood, Wan'Dale
TE: Kyle Pitts, Goedert
