I think Tyrell Williams has nice upside but his value is getting blown a little out of control. Washington is a total toss up as he did not look good when he was given chances last year. I think Washington's skill will ultimately pull through. I personally would rather have Washington

Right now, I feel Washington has the higher upside. Williams has a clearer role to the #2, Washington now has Moncrief to battle for targets with, but I’ll still take the young Steeler WR
