Need a little more context. Are you forced to drop players or just want the space? Out of that list I'd be dropping Richardson.

Cam Meredith - cut for sure
Paul Richardson - cut if you need but I would try and keep him
Deon Cain - he’s MAYBE more valuable than P-Rich? Not a luck to ever be relevant tho
Djax - Smells like latter-day Mike Wallace to me. Keep him if you are contending and need depth, but I wouldn’t hate you if you cut him. You should be able to get a late pick based on name value tho

Djax - signing in Philadelphia probably gives him some nice upside and fantasy life for a year. 100% trade in a rebuild
