That is too much. One of Ridley or Sutton should bridge the gap, but I'd hesitate to give up such promising rookies unless you're very confident you'll contend for the championship.

I'd rather have Thielen over Julio but I wouldn't be giving up a 1st to do it.

In all honesty, I wouldn’t give up anything else. I probably wouldn’t even make that deal. While Julio’s window is shorter, Thielen is performing better than any WR in history with these 100 yd games and TDs.
If you really want Thielen use your bench. See what he needs added to Tate or Ridley plus Chubb.
