Quick pick: Freeman or Guice for 2019 only (with poll)

I have an IR spot available on one of my teams. Looking at 2019 only, would you rather have D. Freeman or Guice? Thoughts on why?

Purely 2019
Freeman, he's done it and is a proven pass catching back. Guice might take some more time to get going in that regard

Freeman looks to be done, or at least very much on the downswing. I would prefer Guice even without having seen him take an NFL snap.

Guice for me as well, but I'm a Tevin Coleman owner so I played on the assumption Freeman would be nicked frequently. Probably some bias there.
21 vs 26. Five years of wear and tear on a RB can be considerable.
If Guice shows ANYTHING in preseason next year (and he should with a year to study the offense) his value is going to rise. I can't imagine Freeman's value doing anything but creeping slightly lower as a result of a lost year to injury.

Summary - Guice by a little for 19. Guice by a bit more beyond.

I have both players but if I had to pick one it would be Guice. I was ecstatic to see Guice drop to the back end of the second round in my draft. I think he is going to be a top back in the NFL. I also think Freeman will have a bounce back season with the Falcons next year but for the long term I would take Guice.
