Mariota or Josh Allen -- for the future

Comparing two QBs that seem to be of similar value. Mariota has had a number of years to show anything, and hasn't come out of it with anything more than a long list of excuses. Allen was as decisive a prospect as they come heading into the season, and flashed almost as many times as he made drive-killing mistakes.

If you had to hitch your team to one of these two in hopes of a long-term turnaround, who would you pick? Assume a league with inflated QB value, like Supeflex or 2QB.
