Im constantly churning the bottom of my roster and currently have Hollins, but Cain is just sitting there screaming to be picked up. Im interested in how the community feels about each players value beyond this year?
<Hollins is on IR recovering from hernia surgery with a chance at returning this year. He's 25 with great measurables, on a good team with a great QB. He has flashed in games before and is in a solid position on the depth chart to see potential playing time.
<Cain is recovering from an ACL tear himself. He's only 22 with similar measurables to Hollins. Like Hollins, has a great QB and is in great position for future playing time. Reports had Cain having a great camp, showing good potential.
My team is set to begin competing next year, so the current year is a wash. That being said, I find myself looking at Hollins VS Cain more from an age standpoint given most other areas feel similar enough to wash one another out.
How do you feel? Who would you rather having filling out the bottom of your roster as a stash?
Mack Hollins VS Deon Cain
Re: Mack Hollins VS Deon Cain
I have both on IR and I prefer Cain. Age and WR competition are my biggest factors considering we can't weigh too much on what we hear in training camp. As you already stated, both have great, young QBs that will be around for a while.
