The thing is... most people aren't willing to give up (buy) what owners are willing to sell for.

Example: I took over an orphan (Team 2) with Bell. I'm asking for a High tier RB and a pick back. No one is buying for that, so I'm willing to hold.

Also bear in mind that Bell takes a hit in 0.5 PPR relative to other running backs. He's averaged almost 5.5 catches per game since 2014.
