Re: AB, Juju, or Cooks?
That's a bold question and I don't think the answer is as simple or easy as some will no doubt opine. When AB didn't show up for practice Monday I felt an undercurrent of frustration that JuJu was outproducing him. A big part of that of course is that when AB gets double-covered it pushes the ball more toward JuJu. That Juju is eight years younger and showing so much ability so early in his career also makes him intriguing. If I were lucky enough to have both on my roster I would consider selling high on Brown for multiple players/draft picks. I do think JuJu is the longer term future in Pittsburgh. Let's not forget that James Washington is up and coming, too, and given how Pittsburgh has handled the Le'Veon Bell situation that front office clearly doesn't fear cutting and running to save cap space. When Brown's current contract ends with the 2021 season Brown will be 33 while JuJu and Washington will each be 25. At best Brown has three more years as a Steeler before becoming a veteran journeyman or retiree. Juju is the longer term future WR1 and has the talent to handle it.
I also have stock in Cooks, who I like a lot, but consider him not quite in the same conversation as AB and JuJu going forward.

Re: AB, Juju, or Cooks?
Yeah, that's the thing - I think AB's perceived value is higher than his actual value. Because I spent capital on him, and it's Antonio Brown, I think I should get multiple players and multiple picks for him - but no one values him like that. I got turned down trading AB for Cooks/Myles Garrett (IDP). I got turned down trading AB and a 3rd for JuJu and a 2nd. I got laughed at for offering AB/Derek Carr/Derrick Henry for Mahomes, a 2019 1st and a 2020 1st. So I really am not sure.GOTGDynasty wrote: ↑Thu Sep 27, 2018 4:30 amIf I were lucky enough to have both on my roster I would consider selling high on Brown for multiple players/draft picks. Re: AB, Juju, or Cooks?
Sounds like you need a new league that knows how to trade. Or maybe take advantage that they all undervalue production in preference of youth? Go see if you can buy Julio for a 1st loldavidxhorn wrote: ↑Thu Sep 27, 2018 9:44 amYeah, that's the thing - I think AB's perceived value is higher than his actual value.
