If you have the roster space, I think he worth stashing on your bench in hopes that the Jets plan of showing him off and trading him works out. As fantastical as it sounds, the comments from Elway over Lynch's demotion and need for a vet, made me think of Teddy right away. Definitely worth a stash, but I wouldn't actively seek out and trade for him

Teddy Bridge QB is not a franchise QB anymore, if he ever was . Could be a modern day Earl Morrall which would be a nice story if he could end up having a career as top notch backup quarterback.
