Mike Williams vs. Cooper Kupp

Postby stevejerky » Sun Jul 29, 2018 2:29 am

In a 16 team dynasty startup and I have a choice of those two. I searched but didn’t come across a thread. Who’s your guy? Do you take the safe floor of Kupp or the perceived upside of Williams after he redshirts a year?

Neither one of them will be #1 WR for a while, so I'm taking the safe bet....Kupp

Kupp for a solid floor but Williams for high upside. This would come down to roster construction for me.

Kupp appears the safer pick at this time, but I would easily trade him straight up for the potential of Mike Williams.

I would go with Kupp between the two. Think this will be a big prove it year for Williams, so at this point I would go with the proven commodity.
10 Team PPR (8 keepers) 2QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2Flex
QB: Wilson, Watson, Bortles
RB: Zeke, Dalvin, Mixon, Guice, C. Thompson, J. Wilkins
WR: MT, Cooper, Arob, C. Davis, K. Golladay, C. Godwin
TE: Burton, Njoku, H. Henry

Williams easy for me. He had a bad rookie year but he’s the far better receiver, and his upside is much more than Kupp.
12 team PPR (TE premium 1.5 PPR) Superflex League

QB- Wentz, Carr, Roethlisberger, Cutler
RB- Gurley, Fournette, M. Davis, Burkhead, Bernard, Joe Williams, Darkwa, Forte, Ivory, Richard
WR - Hopkins, Cooper, Adams, Woods, Tate, Cole, Hurns, C. Rogers
TE- Njoku, Davis, Anderson, Fleener, Thomas
Def- Baltimore
K - Lutz

2018 picks
2.12 3.12 4.12
