Koutee. Higher draft pedigree, could start in the slot immediately, and I don't believe he has the same character concerns.

I am pretty intrigued by #16 on the Texans. Quite liked his college tape. He's got that rare 'on-demand' speed that makes his play-speed even better than his 40 time. He's a threat every play to score from the slot on any seam route or slant.
