Re: AJ Green or Brandin Cooks
Cooks. Age gap more than makes up for the production difference for me, which isn't that much. Green outscored Cooks by 9 points last season, and I don't want to look at Green's stats before that when he was in his prime, because he is no longer in his prime. It's very doubtful AJ Green ever hits those types of numbers again. Last year is more realistic for numbers to expect. His efficiency was slightly concerning, too. Only 75 catches on 143 targets is cause for a bit of an eyebrow raise going into his year 30 season. He is no longer an elite WR at this point, so I will side with Cooks going into his age 25 season, as he is still in his prime and more likely to produce similarly to his past numbers than Green. 5 year difference is huge in dynasty when the projected stats will be in the same ballpark.
