Williams vs Williams....Mike vs Tyrell

With Henry's injury, who do you see being more productive this year- Tyrell with 2 years of decent production and a 2nd round tender on him (FA next year) vs Mike Williams with the draft capital but lost rookie season due to injury?

Hard to say, will probably go with the better redzone threat in Mike. Dude has some serious talent coming out of college and has a good opportunity to take a step forward.

Mike's biggest issue is staying healthy. If he's healthy for a full season, I'd rather take my chances with him.

Its Tyrell for me. Mike was a massive reach where the Chargers took him. He has a low athletic profile and a low dominator rating in college. And hes coming off a back injury.

I think it was a reach that the chargers took him since they didn't really need a WR but he was a top 10-15 talent in that draft. Definitely a better prospect than any WR in this year's draft

Can't agree with this statement, but I was never "on board" with the "Mike Williams is a top 15 talent in this draft" concept.

I'm just not high on Mike Williams. I think it's pretty obvious the reason he played well in Clemson was due to Deshaun Watson, and not the other way around. MW was strong enough to get the better of college cbs, but I'm just not sure he'll excel at this level. I think they both have WR2 ceilings.

I disagree with that beyond wholeheartedly. I'd take Dj Moore/Calvin Ridley/Christian Kirk all over MW six days a week and twice on Sunday.

Well my friend me and you will have to agree to disagree because Kirk isn't even a top 5 rookie WR for me. I can see wanting to take Ridley or Moore over him but I think people are forgetting how high of a prospect Williams was. Not just for Fantasy but real NFL teams were touting him as an elite talent. The chargers may or may no have reached for him but he was locked and loaded as a 1st round pick in that draft. Not saying NFL teams always get it right but draft stock definitely means something and 1 injury riddled season does not mean people should discount his value so easily.

A healthy Mike Williams will surprise this season. He has plenty of talent. His real value is probably 2019. Allen is still the man.
