Im on the side of Gordon that says he is a #1 WR on talent, IF he would stay on the field.

That's what Jarvis was in PPR at MIA, and the numbers you would want from Gordon

For me, its easily Landry, especially on the same team. More targets, receptions and a much better shot at playing 16 games

Landry for me and I wouldn't hesitate. Gordon does have an incredibly high ceiling, and I've bought a share of him in my sig. team, but he also may be the riskiest buy in dynasty.

12-team SF, PPR, TE premium, 0.25 PPCarry
1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1SF 4Flex
QB: Mahomes, Fields, Love
RB: Bijan, ETN, Pollard, Achane, Herbert
WR: Kupp, Hill, Metcalf, Ridley, Jeudy, D.J. M, Burks, Hollywood, Wan'Dale
TE: Kyle Pitts, Goedert

Taking all off field issues out of it, Gordon will out produce Landry everytime. Landry has never operated in an offense with a true WR1 on the team. Gordon will be scoring more TD's and have way more yards.

If there were no concerns about off the field issues, Flash would be my pick. But with him dealing with what he has that makes it risky business and I’d lean Jarvis. Both are top talents.

1QB/1SF/2RB/2WR/1TE/2FLEX
QB: Dak - Hurts - DangeRuss - Tua - Z Wilson - Mills
RB: Barkley - Zeke - Sanders - Pollard - Patterson - D’Ernest - Jermar - Evans - Jones
WR: Hill - JJeff - Higgins - Hollywood - MThom(IR) - Godwin(IR) - E Moore - Marshall Jr - Calloway - Palmer - D Brown
TE: Hock - Moreau

Landry. Not a big fan of Landry, and like GOrdon's talent more, but I have been burned and can't advise anyone give up high-value pieces to get him.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...
