This is one scouts view.
Now that the top tier rookie rbs are housed in new garages, what are thoughts on Mixon versus the rooks?

I have seen in this thread that in regards to the 2018 rookies:
  • 1.02 > Mixon
  • Mixon > 1.02
To be transparent, I have Mixon and have been offered the 1.02 (PPR).
IMO, the value of the 1.02 has dropped some. Mixon easily over the 1.02 for me.

Thank you. Since the draft, I no longer have a clear #2. So I no longer value the 1.02 more than the 1.03 and possibly not more than the 1.04 either. Just before the draft, I was about to pull the trigger (sending Mixon for the 1.02) thinking I would prefer Guice to Mixon. While, I like Guice's landing spot, I find myself (buying the hype?) becoming intrigued by 2-3 other backs. You have helped pull me back from the ledge. :)

Honestly I've had Mixon higher than the 1.02 all along but now even more so...Besides for Barkley and Penny there isn't any rookie with a clear path to a larger workload than Mixon. Guice won't step foot on the field on 3rd downs as long as Chris Thompson is healthy, same with chubb, I think there is way to much uncertainty in NE to expect Michel to get the volume or usage he needs to be an RB1, Rojo is in a great spot but he isn't close to the talent level of Mixon
