Gerald Everett Vs Adam Shaheen

Postby pnrsteelers » Fri Mar 09, 2018 10:18 am

I currently own Gerald Everett as a stash and love his potential but, I am worried that the presence of Tyler Higbee will prevent Everett's potential. I have been hearing alot of off season chatter on stashing Shaheen and do see a clearer road road to being a starting TE. I am wondering what you all think would be the better stash?

Fan of both, but ya Shaheen if I have to choose one of them. Like you said he's got a clearer path to the starting job, and has far less competition for targets in the receiving corps as a whole. Chicago also has higher draft pick investment in him, 2nd round vs 3rd for Everett. Hopefully Nagy envisions a Kelce type role for Shaheen in the new offense, McVay had the same vision for Everett/Jordan Reed. Either way I don't think you can go wrong, and would get both if you can.

Shaheen has the monster TD potential but I like Everett's game more. It was close a year ago and it still is close.

I think Shaheen is better and has a cleared path to playing time.

Clearer path to playing time and probably less competition for targets.

They were both second round pick and went back to back. Everett than Shaheen.

Everett flashed early in LA and is potentially the best vertical threat on the team if Watkins leaves (can attack both from the seam and outside the numbers. I'm a fan.

Thanks for the Advise all! I definitely will keep Everett now that Chicago has signed Burton and the Rams let Walkins walk.
