Christian Kirk

Postby Dirty Mike&the Boys » Tue Feb 06, 2018 2:12 pm

What is everyone's opinion of Kirk?

I feel as though he could be a stud in the NFL. He is frequently compared to OBJ, and performed significantly better than OBJ during his college career. Kirk has also played with a number of different freshman QB's throwing him the ball, and can safely be said his QB situation has been less that desirable.

I like Kirk more a lot more than Sutton, who I feel has bust written all over him. I prefer Kirk to Ridley, but not by a wide margin whatsoever. Age becomes a factor here, due to Ridley being 24 next year.

The other knock I continue to see is his 'lack of size' - This is a bit ridiculous imho, OBJ is the same height at 5'11 ~200 lbs, and right around Antonio Brown as well. Kirk is electric, does ANYONE share the same opinion as me regarding Kirk, or is he clearly a prospect behind the other WR's, putting him in the WR4-7 category.

I have seen him listed as a late first rd pick, but have also seen him as a 4th rd pick. If he does go to a team like Dallas or Chicago early on, it will be hard to pass on him.

For everything you want to see or hoped to see from Kirk, just snag DJ Moore instead.

Kirk needs to learn how to run routes before ever being compared to any legit NFL receiver, much less OBJ. Only explosive in a straight line (stiff hips). Can get lazy with his routes and rounds off too many. Going to depend on if he can get to a system that will develop him well and highlight his strengths.

I've owned him in devy for a while, so I'm certainly hoping for the best.

I agree with Lucky, I'd take Moore over him (as well as Miller). He's my wr7.
