Cousins v Goff
Who do you have here? Goff has age, but Cousins isn't "old" by any means. Put up similar numbers last season. Obviously landing spot has a huge impact on rankings. Thoughts?

Re: Cousins v Goff
Landing spot is huge... Put Cousins in MIN with those weapons and he could easily put up top 5 numbers. Put Cousins in CLE and he may struggle to get close to Goff's numbers
I like Goff long-term. Would love to know which SWatkins shows up next year...

All about landing spot. In one QB leagues there will always be options but I see them as close unless Kirk ends up in bad situation.

Re: Cousins v Goff
Goff. I think he is going to continue to improve and climb in the rankings. Gurley really helps Goff as well. Cousins landing spot will be big but I would still take Goff
Re: Cousins v Goff
I'll take Goff. He has age and McVay.
Don't love Cousins as a QB. He'll put up numbers and therefore be a solid fantasy option if he gets a good landing spot like the Vikes, or Broncos if they can afford to keep their weapons. But I worry with both those landing spots about new OC's and what their offense will look like.

Re: Cousins v Goff
I'd take Goff unless Cousins goes to MN. Then it's close, but Cousins would edge Goff out in my rankings.
Re: Cousins v Goff
I'll take Goff here all day:
- there's too much uncertainty with where Cousins will land
- I actually like Goff better outright
- I think that the Jimmy Garoppolo signing might, weirdly, hinder Cousins' chance of being signed anywhere*
* on the last point, I could be crazy, but there's an unprecedented number of plausible free agents, and rookies who could be deemed starter worthy and cheaper. Cousins obviously wants to get paid, and now has a bench mark in mind - but factoring in all the other options, teams might decide he's just not worth what he thinks he is. I don't necessarily think the risk is high, but it is another risk

Re: Cousins v Goff
Took Goff in the 8th and Cousins in the 9th. I'll let the trade market determine value after Cousins lands.
Re: Cousins v Goff
Cousins is the better QB, but Goff currently has the better situation along with the age. However, age doesn't scare me as much with QBs and Cousins isn't all that old. If Cousins goes to a decent spot, which I'd imagine he would, I'd rather have him.
