Was offered a 3.10 pick for Fitz. I just feel like he has little reason to come back with a new staff etc. Hate taking that for him but something better than nothing?

Unless you are completely in rebuild mode an no shot at contending you're best holding and hoping he returns. I think he will, he's chasing some statistical benchmarks, he'll help you next year or attract a late 2 or so from a contender during the season.

He isn't worth selling. Just keep hold of him and enjoy the legend. I think he can move up to number 2 in rec/yrds next year so that is something to keep the fire burning.

Depending on who the QB is depends on how really his stats will be, but I would hold onto him

I would hold onto him for that price. He may have another good season in him depending on what AZ does at QB.
