Marquise Goodwin

How do you all value Marquise Goodwin for the upcoming future? He looked solid in a small sample size with Jimmy G, and he's fairly young.

I've been offered Goodwin in exchange for two mid-2nd picks, and I'm debating it. I'd definitely take him for only one.

Love his future there with Jimmy G. Garcon will be back as the #1 but Goodwin will be a strong #2 for me. I'd trade 2 mid 2's in a heartbeat.

I would give a mid-to-late 2nd for him. He's had at least 4 reported concussions since 2014. And San Fran seems likely to invest in a true WR1, either in free agency or the draft.

I'm looking in to acquiring Goodwin as well, and I have these same concerns. Or is his late season rapport with Jimmy G the real deal... I feel like a 2nd round pick is fair for now.

If I'm a Goodwin owner, I'm selling. Not that I don't like Jimmy G and the 49ers future in general, just not a big believer in Goodwin.

let's not get too crazy just yet. 9ers will likely sign either A. Rob or Watkins, with Garcon lining up opposite. Goodwin may be a decent investment though with Garcon's age and injury history. But what's to stop them from hitting the FA market again with all that cap room, or drafting high for one?

I just traded him for Kelvin Benjamin...Only because I think they bring someone like A Rob in...Plus Goodwin is older then I thought...But I still think he’s worth 2 mid seconds...

I've trouble to evaluate his value right now but I would say :

- to a buyer : Wait for 2 or 3 games with a line like 2-35-0 and buy low

- to a seller : Wait for 2 or 3 games with a line like 5-110-1 and sell high

Because his style will dictate this kind of stat week in and week out. But if you can buy him for a mid 2nd, I do it, for two of them, meh. I'm selling for a High-Mid 2nd too (so depend on roster, lineup requirements, ...)

I've got a few shares and I'm not moving him for less than a late first. You won't likely replace his production with a mid second rounder, and I've recently seen him go for projected mid 1st round futures.

you guys won't believe this, but he's available as a cheap FA in our league. we're locked out until season starts, but, anticipate a very high bid for him given his youth, Garcon's age, and Jimmy G.

They didn't pick up any top wrs in FA yet, 9ers might draft a wr but I think he is in for a good but not great year. Can see him getting 4 catches for 60-80 yards a game with only the occasional TD thrown in. Im thinking around 1000ish yards with 5 tds
