Situation will have a lot to do with this answer. Where Sutton lands will help shift this toward Davis or towards Sutton. In a vacuum it's close.

I'd take Sutton without knowing the landing spot.

I'll take Davis knowing the landing spot. He's tied to Mariota for his career- I expect them both to be better next year (I think injuries hurt both of them as well as crappy play calling)

Tough one I may lean Sutton too simply due to the coach scheme for the Titäns and the none production of Davis sure injury have played the part but One would like to see the arrow go up instead of side ways or even down as the year closes out but u til we see landing spots truly hard to say

Davis for me. The unconventional season that Davis has had doesn’t lower his outlook for me. Let’s see what next year looks like when he’s hopefully healthy and acclimated fully. Just my thoughts.

Sticking with Davis. He has a year of development on Sutton so he's theoretically 1 yr closer to the 3rd year breakout.

There's a decent chance the Titans miss the playoffs and Mularkey could be gone. Too much invested in draft capital on the offensive side of the ball for the team to look as bland as it does and the clock's ticking on Mariota's contract extension that will make it difficult to add FA.

Lots of Sutton votes but not really and reasons why he should be ranked above

Davis is the more explosive player and a better route runner, more burst and speed. There's a reason, even with the crew of really good RBs last year, that Davis was overwhelmingly the majority 1.01. Had Sutton been in last year's draft, I highly suspect he'd have been in the 1.05-1.09 discussion. He lacks a few of the fine-tuned complexities of the WR position that Davis has. Davis has been hampered by two big things: 1. injury 2. Titans play calling/team dynamics. Given the major offensive line-up changes coming in Tennessee next year, I expect playmaker options to be trimmed down quite a bit and Davis becomes much more of the focal point and thus able to highlight his potential.

Sutton may very well be very good, but I think he will be tied to landing spot a lot.

TE: Dalton Schultz, Logan Thomas, Daniel Bellinger
D/St: 49ers, Cowboys

League 2: 12 team (28 roster spots) Superflex/TE premium (qb 4pts per TD, all others 6pts per TD, WR/RB 0.1 ppc and 0.75ppr, TE 1.5 ppr)

When Sutton decided not to enter last years draft he was projected well behind Davis. Not a lot has changed in Sutton's game. Landing spot could help him but on talent alone I'll go with Davis.

Love both, but I like Sutton's ceiling a little more. People forget that he wasn't even recruited as a WR (came to SMU as a safety). THAT's why he didn't declare last year. He's still learning, but I see a lot of Brandon Marshall to his game. He needs to run well at the combine, though.

I think we started to see a glimpse of Davis in that last game. He’s still had a very unconventional season, and you read the reports that he’s putting 110% in to everything. I’ve read he’s staying hours after practice ends and working with Mariota outside of standard practice hours. I am biased, but I think he’ll very good going forward. With that said, I like Sutton as well. His landing spot will impact my thoughts.
