What's the deal with Doctson, seems to have the talent to be an every down WR, does Jay Gruden not like him, is it playbook issues? I don't get it, seems like every video I see of him in practice is good.. I feel like it's time for him to break out.

I agree- I think it's coming! I'm not sure what the deal is, but the talent is there. I'm holding out hope.

i think the coaches like the offense as is and he is is on the outside looking in. every chance he gets he gets freaking hurt again and they are likely in a show me what you got mode where he needs to capitalize on few opportunities to earn a larger role...and stay on the dang field.
im hoping he gets the shot at some point this year but he may not get it till he finds a new team or new qb if cousins is gone next year

What DD said. The longer he stays healthy, the more he'll build trust with his qb. Talent is there....just needs to stay on the field.
Plus I feel like Gruden is a fan of Grant.

As the last posters said, there is nothing wrong with Doctson, he has just been injured and has not practice much yet. Talent always wins out. He will get a chance to showcase his talent. With Pryor not looking good, I think Doctson could have a big 2nd half of the season.
