Picked Thielen up off waivers last year. Used him as my WR3 in half the games depending on matchup with K Allen out. People were saying seel high after a breakout year but I held him as I didn't think that was all he had. Also because I'm a homer and its nice rooting for the underdog on your team

Watching the Vikings game last night, he has some amazing hands. 9/10 on catches and as long as Bradford threw it within his wingspan he would flash out his yellow gloves and make the grab. Despite not being all that fast, he always seemed a step ahead of defenders on crossing routes and went for 150 yards. Rankings have a few guys on my team ahead of him, but I see him as a solid WR4, above the likes of Kenny Britt, Jordan Mathews, Mohamed Sanu, ect.

Still think a flash in the pan or anyone else starting to see him as dynasty relevant and could easily be a solid WR3 starter?

he keeps playing well so theres no reason not to like him. i think the major thought in the offseason was that treadwell would be a lot more involved in year 2. but i guess minnesota is just awful at picking wrs in the 1st round haha. keep him and use him until he doesnt have a role for some reason.

This is becoming depressingly true. We haven't hit on a first round WR pick since Randy Moss

2005 Troy Williamson- Best year was 455 yards and 0 touchdows while placing second in the league in dropped balls
2009 Percy Harvin- Speedy, Talented, never quite lived up to his potential but had a couple OK seasons

2016- Treadwell seems very different than the last two. He isn't super athletic, measurables like a 4.65 40 yard and eye test show that he's slow. Supposedly he has great hands, but he also can't outjump corners to fight for 50/50 balls.

I'm a believer. I picked him up last year also, kept him on the roster and started him in all my lineups this week. Looks like it paid off so far. I've also tried to get Michael Floyd from the waiver wire as a backup plan just in case anything happens but they paid Adam this offseason so I see no reason to worry about anything except injury.

I'm very thankful no one bought him from me last year. I would've sold for any 2nd in a heartbeat. Now it would take a 1st from a bad team to let him go.

And why do we think he's not fast? He looks fast out there for a bigger WR, and he ran like a 4.49

I was skeptical at first last year when I picked him up, but that went to hopeful, and now to full-on believer... I have to since ARob went down. Seriously though, he does appear legit, and I think he'll do great opposite Diggs.

Until he shows otherwise, I am a believer.

Thielen has proven he can produce even when drawing the opposition's top CB. I'm sold on the Diggs/Thielen duo being able to put up solid numbers so long as the Vikings' offensive line can keep Bradford standing.

how could you not be? i have Diggs, but if I didnt, I'd probably try to trade fore Thielen

Is it too much to say that Thielen is a top 8 WR in the NFL? I took him at the 2/3 turn of a recent startup, hoping for big things.

Just kidding. But seriously, he's got for real talent.
