I'm a big Kupp believer, I think the dude will be a ppr stud and has the biggest potential of the 4 to turn into a bonafide #1 WR. But Thielen is going to outproduce all of them this season I bet, he proved pretty dang solid last year.
If you have 5 starters (and assuming you won't start more than 4) then I would rather take the potential Kupp has. But honestly I like all of those WRs and would pick up as many a stud you can.

White and Hogan wouldn't even be options for me. I think Thielen is the safe choice and Kupp has the upside.

Kupp may have a hair more upside and a chance at being a WR1, but Theielen is a very solid depth/3 guy with WR2 or even 1 chance depending on matchups and how much attention Diggs draws. Bradford seems to really like him underneath
