Team 1 below has one too many receivers and one too few backs. Should I make this swap?

Yes, as long as the Abdullah side adds at LEAST a First ;)

That bad, eh? They were pretty similarly ranked on this site, and my league starts two backs instead of one, which would push a back like Abdullah further up the list. Add in the Zeke suspension and the fact that Crabtree is my 5th WR, and it made sense at the time. I take it Abdullah's injury history is bad enough to trump all that?

Yup. Abdullah is one season away from becoming Dion Lewis, whereas Crabtree is an annual WR2

Value wise it's close, but I prefer Crabtree as well.

Just because they will not see your lineup doesnt mean you give away value like that. I like abdullah, and still see you getting a pick back in that deal. Nut je is much more of a risk/reward play then Crabtree (and many would argue risk more then reward)
