I'd rather have a shot at a waiver wire guy.
There must be better players to consider adding.

This. I wouldn't want to rely on either one of those guys as a flex option.

Come on. Neither Blount nor Woodhead should be on the waiver wire.
In PPR, I will take Woodhead, but both players are (or were, earlier this offseason) decent cheap depth options while waiting for your young prospects to blossom.
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

With the news that Blount is struggling, I'll take Woodhead here. Agree with everyone that I wouldn't want to rely on these guys ever.

Woodhead for me and pretty easily. Offense isn't set up at all for Blount's running style. Only places I'm taking Blount is in best ball formats for TD potential.
My PPR dynasties (QB/RB/WR/TE/FL):

Under construction...just noticed teams I had shown were very different than where they are now (lots of trading last 12 months). LOL

Woodhead by a wide margin. High end RB2 ceiling, Blount's ceiling in the Philly timeshare is what, Rob Kelley? And much lower floor than Woodhead
