Allen.
But I will say if you're scared of injuries or question marks Diggs isn't that far behind.

Most seasons it seems like Allen would be at home watching Diggs on TV.

Allen. If he can stay on the field he is one of the best route runners in the league. Also, Rivers loves him and all that guys does is chuck the ball 45 times a game.

Allen. I think he's more talented and has better QB play. I also don't buy that he's injury prone. A lacerated kidney doesn't make you injury prone.

Diggs and it is not even close. Allen has averaged just over 10ypc in the past three years. He received a huge volume of targets a few years back because SD had no other viable options, that is clearly not true now. Many owners seem to want to extrapolate based on that period. Allen has never played 16 games in a season and has played just 9 of the last 36 games. Allen has never been much of a redzone threat and with the other options now on the team, that is likely to be even more true. Diggs might be the second best route runner to AB in the entire league and the guy is only 23. Before injuring his groin last season, he had 20 receptions for 325 yards and a TD in the first three games. Many owners are sleeping on this guy.

Aren't you doing the same thing you say everyone else is doing projecting Keenan's stats over a full season by pointing out Diggs' stats over a whopping 3 games and what he could've done if not for his injury? Keenan is also only 25.

I own both so I'm hoping for good health from both to show what they can do. This doesn't mean anything but I have Keenan slotted as my WR1 when I set my lineup and Diggs in my WR3 spot so that's how I have them.

Not at all. How I value Diggs is based on what he does on the field. I mentioned the first three games of last season to point out that after a very good rookie season, Diggs was on fire while playing with a QB he was unfamilair with at the start of only his second season until injuring his groin. He was targeted short, medium and deep. The guy is truly a marvel to watch in his routes. The Chargers spent a very high 1st Round pick on a WR. Owners need to decide if they did that because of concerns about a WR who just had a 1000 yard season in his second year, or concerns about a WR who has missed most of the past two seasons and has never played 16 games in a season.

Minny took a WR high last year and then proceeded not to use him due to multiple reasons including injury. Williams is already off to the same start. They also added 2 RBs which makes you assume they want to run it more.

I actually really like Diggs and was trying to acquire him for awhile but couldn't until the price dropped this off season for a late 2018 1st. His owner happily believes he sold high.

Just interesting how similar these guys are when it comes to talent, opportunity down to injury and competition. The cost of Diggs probably makes him a considerably better value but I like Keenan a bit more.
