Davis vs Cook vs CMC

Postby Adidas95 » Mon May 29, 2017 8:23 am

I'm in a 6 player keeper league and I need to choose between CMC, Davis, and Cook. My keepers are Odell, David Johnson, Evans, Julio, and Alshon. Also this is a standard scoring league (non ppr). I feel like Davis is BAP but I have a need at RB. Who do you think I should get? Any advice would be appreciated. I am also drafting Mixon so my keepers for the upcoming year as of now would be Odell, Mixon, Julio, Johnson, Evans, and whoever else I draft here. Also starters are 1 Qb, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE

Davis, but wouldn't blame you for taking Cook in non ppr.

I agree it's really between the two. I'm just not feeling McCaffrey in a non ppr and he won't get many TD opportunities

Cook for sure. Between he, Mixon, DJ and whoever else you get you have your RB's. You already have 4 stud WR's and you're starting no more than 3, all of whom you could keep is something happens to one of the rooks.

If I got Davis then I wouldn't keep Alshon the next year

Well you can only keep 6 correct?
So you're keeping OBJ, Evans, Julio, DJ. Then you have Alshon and the 2 rookies (Mixon and either Davis/Cook).
So you already have 4 WR studs to choose from. You can only start 3. I guess I don't get why you would put a 5th there, especially when he's an unproven question mark and going to a run-first team. I would take both rookies as RB's, and then decide later if I keep those 2 and drop Alshon or only keep one of the rooks and Alshon.

Fair point I need to consider
