Snead for right now, Matthews long term.

This one is interesting. This isn't an easy call.
I think due to the environment and opportunity I'd lean Snead. In a system with Drew Brees, (Mr. 5k passing yards) and now add AP and rid B. Cooks he should have a very good season.
JMatt might be the better talent, however the environment might be better with Snead and he might have slightly more opportunities.
