OBJ vs Evans

With all the offensive pieces that Tampa has added and then NY adding Engram, does the gap between OBJ and Evans as the 1.01/1.02 grow or shrink? Is one a lock as the 1.01 now?

I don't think this offseason moved things one way or the other. Heck the Giants and Bucs had essentially the exact same offseason in terms of skill position players. They both added a good veteran WR2, an elite round 1 TE prospect, and a late round RB.

Beckham is getting too much competition for targets, and Evans is getting help around him? Sounds like an Evans owner bias there
