Cobb has never done anything for me. I said it two years ago and nothing has changed. If he wasn't with ARod he would be a nobody. JMatt for me.

gotta go JMatt here - love Cobb but he just hasnt done much since his one big year, BUT i will also say i think he has a good chance to make some major bounce backs this season with Jordy in the fold and Adams as a legitimate Z wr, finally; this should leave Cobb open a lot over the middle.

As an owner of both, this time last season I would've picked Cobb but this offseason, I'll take JMatt. Last season left a bad taste in my mouth with Cobb, he was banged up but I felt like he had plenty of chances when he was healthy to keep his momentum from the previous season and he didn't capitalize, then he was injured, just a bad season. JMatt may never be the #1 WR that everyone was hoping for but I'm thinking that Jefferys arrival will help him, plus second season with Wentz, so I'll take Matthews over Cobb.

Cobb's being phased out of that offense. With the Black Unicorn and Kendricks added at TE and Montgomery expanding the involvement of the RB in the pass offense, there are not enough underneath looks to sustain Cobb as anything more than a spot starter. My guess is he'll be cut hext year when the cap hit is more palatable.
