Does anyone else watch Foreman's tape and think 'jeez, a lot of his big runs are incredibly easy'? I get his size/speed, but I don't see anything special beyond that. A significant portion of his 2K yards look like free yardage almost. I have a tough time getting behind someone that i don't see as anything special. That simply won't work in the NFL.

Perine does look like he trucks more than anyone in this class. No easy yards.
Just a guy who loves fantasy football - specifically defense.

Foreman's size and speed haven't been seen in years, I'm taking him at every opportunity I can.

Slight edge to Foreman for me. Neither really made my eyes pop. Right now Foreman is my RB8 and Perine is RB9.

Both players have seen some ups and downs over the past year... interestingly enough they honestly haven't dropped a TON in rookie draft value since we first compared them PRE-DRAFT (Both were seen as late 1sts or early 2nds)

Foreman would probably be worth an early 1st right now if he'd not gotten hurt. Heck he'd probably be worth a mid 1st of the injury was literally any other injury.

Some look great while doing little others look boring but move the chains and stay on the field . He is 75th in the history of the league in rushing TD(more than jamaal charles or johnathon stewart),4.4 YPC for his career and avg .5 rushing TD a game . There is a solid chance the pats add a rb next year due to blount's age but if he is back in the same role next season he will likely end up top 50 in career rushing tds ,17 100 yard & 11 multiple TD games and will be an easy weekly rb2 .

IF , if either of those guys have 1 season like blount had this year will be a damned miracle so laugh at a blount comp but secretly hope for that type of career .
so 15 months out - I over stated blount's role last season but not being reasonable expectations for foreman or perine , We all need to remember that as we approach the heart of another draft season and we get all starry eyed about the new shiny toys !

At the moment if I had to pick one it would be Perine. He still could be the 2 down guy in Washington.

Well, it's good news that Houston hasn't invested any significant capital in an RB in 2018 while Washington have.
