What's the budget? Salary for a 2016 1st?

Jackson at $21 seems fairly expensive given that I assume the budget's somewhere around $200 or $250. I think I would take the 1st pretty easily for him. The rest of the pieces seem fairly insignificant, assuming you have the cap space for them and can drop them without a big penalty if need be.
