So, I have Megatron on a 1 year deal at $36 and a guy is offering me Alshon Jeffery straight up who is on a 2 year $15/yr contract. Thoughts on this? Do I ask for another piece in addition? Do I just sit tight?
For some reason I just feel like Megatron can bounce back and have that monster year one more time.
Thoughts?

Re: Megatron Trade Advice
You are looking at a bigger risk with megatron but higher upside I feel. Jeffrey will improve his stats from this year to the next year you will have him, not sure if he does better this year then last year though. I would say keep Calvin but get some new WR contracts going to replace him next year. Because if he has a good year he will cost alot and if he has a bad year you prob wont want him again. Also Calvins huge game potential is not worth giving up for only 1 extra year of a cheap contract when you have Calvin at a steal already.

Re: Megatron Trade Advice
Damn, you have Calvin for $36 in a $500-cap league? How'd that happen? I say keep Calvin because you're living for this year given your squad (also how the hell did you end up with him plus Luck, Gronk, McCoy, Charles, Dez and two 1sts?) and a $20 difference with that kind of cap is nothing. And you're right he is gonna bounce back, especially now that Detroit's defense will likely take a step back, which will force them into more shootouts (only a semi-crutch argument).

Re: Megatron Trade Advice
Keep Calvin if you want to win now. In standard scoring leagues, he reaches 20 points almost half the time and 30 points a quarter of the time. That big gain will help you win now which your team is set up for. Sure the trade will help the future but I'd rather compete this season with your current lineup than give up the production to help next year.
