Dynasty League Football Forum

Could anyone link me to some league bylaws for this type of league? I'm looking into possibly starting a salary cap league myself, but I'd like to see how some other leagues are set up before I start. Specifically, I'd like to see how in-season waiver pickups and free agents are handled during the offseason. Thanks to anyone who can help!

USFL Superflex is a good one (see below). Only change I'd make it reduce player contracts from 1-4 years to 1-3 years, to generate a little more turnover.
