trying to start a 3 sport salary cap dynasty

I have had this idea in my head for a few years but have never been able to find the time or the interest to actually get things going. I want to start a system of leagues that cover football, basketball, and baseball, with a cumulative salary cap. I have a lot of ideas on how to do this but I would really like to find someone who may have done something like this before to help me set up and run these leagues to help everything run smoothly and be fun for everyone. I would like to get this thing started in time for football season this year. If you think you may be interested in helping me with this or just simply joining this league once it gets up and running please let me know.

So the salary cap would be spread between all 3 leagues/sports? For example lets say $600 to use however you want between the 3, so I could in theory have $300 for Football, $200 for Basketball, and $100 for Baseball?
