$1000 Cap. 16 Team league
I have the option to get Luck for a 2017 first, but his salary will be approx $105 or I can stick with my current QBs who are Bortles & Carr at $20 & $5 respectively.
Part of me thinks there's no point trying to upgrade as I can be set with these two for years to come, but then there's another part that thinks the way to win is to collect as many of the top players as possible.
I will still have cap space if I get Luck, and I have a couple of 2017 1sts so I can afford to "burn" one on Luck.
Do I pull the trigger?

stick with Bortles and Carr. I wouldn't even consider burning that much capital on Luck with them two in the fold. Bortles' trade value alone should get you a veteran upgrade if you are set on improving for 2016 playoff push. I don't really see this as a tough decision.

I would stick with Carr and bortles too, you can fill up a another good skill position with the $80 you will be left with and the rookie pick is an icing on the cake.
