Salary Cap - Player help

Need some help. Do any of these players appeal to anyone? I have a choice of taking one, none or several. Cap is $153m

Demarco Murray - 3 yrs @$17.2m
Gio - 1 year @ $6.2M
Jstew - 1 year @ $11.2m
L Bell - 1 year @ $19m
McCoy - 1 year @ $17m

These salaries all seem more than I want to pay except Gio... What would you do?

More info about the league would be helpful. Specifically, the number of players on the roster and the starting requirements.

yeah, no problem. thanks for asking. 50 roster spots. 24 starters with 11 of those being IDP.. we can start up to 4 RB's.

I play in a couple of leagues similar to this. Murray would be out for me. Production vs price and 3yr contract.
Bell or shady would be good on the 1 yr contract but again u have to have the cap room as they are really expensive too. I'm not to excited about Gio because of his production vs even the $6 and change. With Hugh gone they might pass more.

I'd take Bell and Gio, they'd be a solid 1-2 punch at RB, but it totally depends on what the rest of your team looks like

You need to average 3M/player. What is the minimum that player costs? If it's 1M, then any of those contracts could/would be prohibitive if you're up against the cap. If you have some good cheap value in other places, then I'd be willing to consider any except for Murray. But, I think that the first issue is your current roster configuration.
