Auction draft. Need Advice Thoughts on these players

Hey all im in a dynaasty league startup Auction Draft and im trying to find some good value/fairly cheap i have about 90 Mil left to work with It is a ppr league that also rewards tackles/assists,tackles for loss/pass defended/yards per sack

Starters are
1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR 1 TE 1 K 2 WR/RB/TE 1 DE 1 DT 1 DE/DT 3 LB 1/S 1 CB 1 S/CB

So far my team looks liek this
DE JJ Watt
LB Khalil Mack, Juston Houston
RB Andre Ellington

Here are some of the players who i think i can get fairly cheap at good value who also have breakout potential please let me know what u think

Carlos Hyde - Heir apparent to Frank Gore
Latavius Murray - Richardson has failed to live up to every fantasy expectation and last year i thought Murray showed great promise
Joeseph Randle - McFadden hasnt done anything lately and his health issues leave the door wide open far as i can see
Richard Rodgers - I really like him at TE last year he showed signs of improvement
Larry Donnell - If both Cruz and OBJ stay healthy i think he makes a great 3rd option
Derek Carr - I think he did a lot with what little he had
Teddy Bridgewater - It will be interesting to see how much he improves now that AP is back
Nick Foles - Did great his 1st year and about average last year til he got hurt

And who are some of the players u expect to breakout this year?
