I agree. I dont care about his personality or locker room presence. He is a HOF talent. Plenty of "Bad personality" guys in the HOF. Lets honor the on the field stuff.

He went out of his way to rip his teams apart with no remorse. I agree in making him wait.

Maybe I missed something, because dude did talk a lot, but his comments on McNabb were accurate. I don't recall him ripping apart the Cowboys or Bengals, so basically that just leaves his comment on Garcia. They were over the line for sure, but I don't see much point in making him wait for the Hall over them.

Chris Carter waited a long time and I think he was as good of a player.
Anyway I wouldn't care if Owens never gets in but his #'s probably should get him in.

TO should get in but I have no problem if he has to wait longer. Marvin Harrison should have been a first ballot and didn't get in until his 3rd appearance and never was a problem player.

Theres some pretty crazy rumors about what Harrison did on his off days.

He was a pain at every stop. No one kept him around. He started fights on the Eagles and even got de-activated during the season. Dallas got sick of his antics and Buffalo and Cincy had him for a year each and then said no thanks.

He put himself ahead of his teammates, coaches, fans, organizations and the league. Now he's "paying the price".

How in the hell did Terrell Davis get in over him? He had like 4 good seasons...

As an Eagles fan who did not appreciate the negative energy he brought to the team, on the flip side he did produce at elite levels and should get in eventually. But he should definitely sweat it out though.

I want him to get in, but I enjoy watching him on shows where he's trying to defend his case for HOF and how he's not a bad guy. It's entertaining. A lot of wide out greats took a while to get inducted, not sure why.

It's absolutely asinine and completely ridiculous T.O. isn't a Hall of Famer. He is arguably one of the GREATEST WRs to ever play. The man dominated week in and week out.

Yes, his personality was a diva and he could have conducted himself in more appropriate fashions, however, on that field he couldn't be stopped!

It's baffling with the Marvin Harrion & Cris Carter comparisons. I don't think those guys even compare.
