OLD Man RBs: Forte vs Lynch

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

OLD Man RBs: Forte vs Lynch

Postby DallasN1213 » Tue Jul 29, 2014 2:22 pm

Two questions:
Qrrwwtffkd (.5 PPR)

1. How much more valuable is forte over lynch. Assign a value.
2. Consider the owner traded Lynch for 1.08 and Latavius Murray. Does that drive the selling price of forte down? The same owner tht sold lynch yesterday is now selling/shopping forte.

You can expect to pay more for Forte since he catches about double the passes Lynch does, he is not holding out, and I think a lot of people would rather have him than Lynch. I think that still may be a bit low for Lynch but to each his own. Try something of similar value for Forte and see what he says, since he is selling him you will be able to get him cheaper than if he werent shopping him around.

I was more hoping to gauge the difference between lynch and forte.

Is the gap a 2nd, a late first, etc? A top 80 player? a top 125 player?

I would say the gap is a first mid-late. Forte is a superior PPR RB on an offense that is likely to have to score alot more
