Hes waiver wire fodder at this point.
Circumstance where i would have him on my team: I just traded away my backup QB for (hopefully) something worthwhile, and need a filler QB for bye week fill ins...and thats hoping the guy even starts this season.

Mid to late 3rd at best...and I'm not even sure that would be worth it
