trade for kenbrell thompkins

Postby bucsrule » Mon Sep 02, 2013 6:07 pm

i like this kid, and want him on my team.

i offered emmanual sanders and kendall wright for his services, and was told by my possible trade partner he'd rather have running back help.

this is for team 1 below. 12 team. ppr. traditional scoring.

what do you think would be a fair offer for thompkins? Vereen? jackson and stewart? jackson and tate?

would appreciate any advice.

thanks guys.

Vereen or Tate for Thompkins should be pretty fair I think- I dont think I would make that move but thats personal preference.

Stewart is a great move.....especially compared to you opening offer. I would do it.

I got Thompkins for Isaac Redman earlier today from the Leveon Bell owner. But I understand that that's not a typical deal. Just wanted to share though. I'd move JStew for him. Could be the last chance to get value for the guy honestly

Move JStew and be done with it. Don't trade Vereen or Tate.

If you can get Thompkins for stewart, I would do that. I owned Stewart but moved him in a deal to get TBMW earlier this offseason(with other pieces). I would move him while you can still get anything for him.

Wouldn't let go of Ben Tate. He's too good a RB to stay on at the Texans after this year as a backup, he should move to a team where he'll be #1.

I'd offer J.Stew and if that's rejected possibly J.Stew and Vereen depending on how much you want the guy.

now he's saying stewart wouldn't be enough due to his injury history. geeeesh.

not sure if this is the old bait and hook trading technique. do you think its too much to also offer fred jackson? i've actually seen him available in some leagues, but he is first up after spiller. just dont want to overpay.

Stewart + Jackson would be fine.

Offer him JStew and his choice of Wright or Sanders. Someone just gave me Wallace for Thompkins, so that tells you what his hype value is.

the kid is a lottery pick, he is unproven. I wouldn't give up to much for him. I like vereens upside, I would offer Tate and stewart, but keep jackson

 You rather have Fred Jackson over Ben Tate?

I would give up Stewart and Jackson for Thompkins. Also like the Stewart and one of Wright or Sanders for him but would rather give up Sanders over Wright.
