James Washington vs. 1.13

In a 16 team IDP league which would you rather own. At first I was for Washington but the longer I read about him the more I balk at this. I would be trading for either Washington or the 1.13 and I will make one of the trades just trying to figure out which people thinks hold more value.

I would rather gamble on Washington pending how the draft plays out.

I would take the 1.13. Washington is in a good situation and could take a step this year I just have my doubts. I just prefer the options and flexibility I have with the 1.13.
Team 1 - 12 team PPR - 20 man roster
Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 2Flex

QB - Hurts, Fields
RB - Barkley, D. Swift, A.J Dillion, J. Kelley, R. Penny, J Williams, A, McFarland, M. Mack
WR - D. Adams, J Chase, J. Jeudy, D. Mims, R. Bateman, A Rodgers
TE - Kittle, K Pitts, J. Smith, L. Thomas,

Team 2 - 12 Team PPR SF BB - 22 man roster
1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex, 1 SF

QB - Watson, T Lance, M Jones, C Newton
RB - M Sanders, A Gibson, M Gordon, Duke Johnson, J Kelley,
WR - C Godwin, C Ridley, T Boyd, AJ Brown, L Shenault, J Reagor, K Toney, T Marshall
TE - Z Ertz, J Smith, L Thomas, H Long
