I'm in 24 team Dynasty/Salary Cap/IDP league and I drafted Lamar Jackson last year. I have Dalton signed for 2 more years and am in a complete rebuild mode. I have no picks in this years rookie draft. Would you consider trading Lamar if it nets you multiple 1st's? Reason I am even thinking this over is that I just don't see Jackson being a great all-around QB in the future, not to mention Baltimore just cant get big name WR's to sign because the offense is built around running the ball. I would like to hear everyone's opinion on this topic. Thanks!
And yes I am looking to move Dalton as well however he is not going to net me much because his contract is big and I would be trying to just cut cap space.

Its a big IDP roster that I cant really type up on here because its 24 teams 35 players rosters. However I will say this I have little to nothing that competes. It is a complete rebuild and will most likely get a top 3 pick next year. But offensively this is what it looks like

I'd move him for multiple 1sts, as long as they're not all projected to be late. In a 24 team league, QBs should be valued extremely highly and late 1sts aren't nearly enough for any starting QB.

That's...not correct. In a 24-team league, I'd imagine some teams might not even have a starting NFL QB. I'd only sell Jackson for two very early 1sts. A "late 1st" in a 24-team league is a late 2nd in a 10 or 12-team league.
