Should I trade Foreman for Josh Allen?

Feels like I’m losing value for sure, but Foreman really isn’t a necessary part of my team whereas Allen could immediately slot in as my future starting QB, post-Rivers. Obviously I’m hoping Jimmy G turns into what he flashed in 2017, but he’s still a question mark. Dalton is just nice depth, given this is a deep league.

Foreman’s POTENTIAL ceiling isn’t surely higher, but his value lacks insulation. If he doesn’t do anything this season, suddenly he’s worth almost nothing.

if not and it is for the team in your sig, you don't need a 3rd QB.... I would keep Foreman

If Houston drafts a RB early Foreman's value may tank. You might want to cash out while you can.

No crystal ball but one is already a starter and has potential for a longer career. The other is coming off serious injury and may never be full time starter.

I have both and I think the safer bet is Allen.

In a 1QB league, I'd rather gamble on Foreman. You seem fine at QB with Rivers and Garoppolo.

As someone with Foreman on my team, I'm not sure if the Allen owner would sell to me straight up. It's a 1 QB league also though, so I'm okay with Watson for now. This poll suggests it's pretty close though...interesting idea.

I would personally take Allen as Rivers is getting a bit older. Foreman's injury derailed his career and it's tough to say what will happen with him. It's too bad, the kid looked good before going down.

Gave up Foreman (who I really did want to move now before they potentially bring in a RB)

Got back Rosen (who I don’t love, but he’ll be a starter somewhere)

I don't mind it, even if you lost out on some current value. I just don't think Foreman carries much value right now nor do I think he'll ever be anything more than a backup. Rosen has more upside in my opinion.

Rosen is the better of the two Joshes, but I still would’ve kept Foreman. At least you’re not stuck with Allen though.

I hate when I make a trade just to make a trade. Usually doesn't end well for me. I hope your right about Rosen, he is my #2, it is a 1QB league and I do not want to give up assets for a backup QB.
