Since you aren't contending I would keep Hunt and Washington. I think Kerryon > Hunt, but with Washington being worth a late 1st/early 2nd I would keep that side. Also side benefit of keeping Hunt is he gets to sit on your bench for half the season meaning your pick should be better than if you started Kerryon all year.

Yep. The Browns may look to trade him, and I suspect that is the case. I believe they can put a tender on him, but I'm not sure if they let him walk if they get a compensatory pick, but I believe Hunt will have 1 year in Cleveland and that's all.

Hunt is a much better talent. He'll be in a better situation once his suspension is over and is value will skyrocket beyond Kerryon's. Just hold tight.
